Tim Rinaman to Lead Citizant’s Enterprise Architecture Group

IT Industry Veteran Charged with Maintaining Excellent Service Record and Growing EA Business

CHANTILLY, Va., May 6, 2008 — Citizant, one of the Washington region’s fastest-growing providers of government professional technical solutions, today announced that Tim Rinaman will lead Citizant’s Enterprise Architecture (EA) group, one of the core areas of the company’s expertise.

As Group Vice President, Rinaman will be instrumental in spearheading Citizant's EA strategy and executing on the company's mission of creating a better future for the citizen by delivering exceptional service to government customers. Rinaman will lead a team that has extensive expertise in EA and which has worked on the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) programs for several years.  He joins Donna Ragley, Group Vice President of Civilian and Defense Services, in managing Citizant’s growing public sector consulting services practice.

Rinaman has more than 20 years of experience managing entrepreneurial information technology organizations. His experience in the EA arena began with the Information Engineering methodology and computer-aided software engineering tools in the mid-1980s. He developed his expertise in the areas of methodology and architecture through various senior technology positions, including successive roles as Senior Vice President and CTO at Information Management Consultants, Inc., where he was responsible for solutions development and services delivery for public and commercial sector clients.

Previously, he was Vice President at easyfurnish, llc, after serving as CEO and President of PegaSys Technologies, a business information consulting company that he co-founded. Additionally, he held various roles at Information Engineering Systems Corporation (now Visible Systems), a leading methodology and CASE tool consulting company. Rinaman began his career with the U.S. Marine Corps. After serving as a combat engineering and logistics officer in the Fleet Marine Force, he managed Officer Promotions at Headquarters Marine Corps.
