John Vinson to Cultivate Citizant’s Unique Corporate Culture and
Support Company’s Continued Growth
CHANTILLY, Va., February 5, 2008 — Citizant, one of the Washington region’s fastest-growing providers of professional technical services to government agencies, today announced that John Vinson has joined the company as Vice President of Human Resources. As a key member of Citizant’s executive leadership, Vinson will provide strategic guidance on human capital issues and report to the chief executive officer.
In this position, Vinson is responsible for all of Citizant’s human resource functions including recruiting, employee relations, training and development, performance and retention programs, and benefits and compensation management. Vinson will preserve Citizant’s unique culture by focusing on retaining talented employees who will contribute to the company’s continued success.

Vinson is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in various industries and stages of business operations. Most recently he was vice president of human resources for Modular Space Corporation, overseeing all human capital functions. He was a key member of the executive team responsible for the successful acquisition of General Electric Capital Corporation's North American modular space business, and the integration of the combined companies’ employees, systems and services. Vinson began his career in the U.S. Air Force and has held HR leadership positions with a variety of companies that include Headstrong, Inc.; Sallie Mae (National Student Clearinghouse); Concept Five Technologies; The Dot Com Group; Network Access Solutions and CSSI, Inc.
