  • Flexible Spending Accounts

    Health Care FSA

    • For costs that insurance does not cover.
    • Pay with pre-tax dollars.
    • Maximum allowable per year.
    • Can be used for medical and dental co-pay/co-insurance, as well as eye care and other approved expenses.
    • Debit card option.

    Dependent Care FSA

    • Maximum allowable per year.
    • For single parent or two-income families with children under age 13.
    • Mentally or physically incapacitated adult dependents.

    Commuter Reimbursement Account

    • For work-related transit vouchers, vanpooling, and qualified parking expenses.
    • Transit passes/commuter highway vehicle - $130 per month.
    • Qualified parking - $250 per month.

  • Paid Time Off & Holidays

    Time Bank

    • 0-3 years of employment: 15 days accrued per year.
    • 4-5 years of employment: 17 days accrued per year.
    • 6-10 years of employment: 20 days accrued per year.
    • 11+ years of employment; 25 days accrued per year.


    • 10 paid holidays per year.
    • Follows the federal government’s schedule.

    Sick Leave

    • 5 days per year.
    • To be used for medical & dental appointments for employees and dependents, temporary illness and disability, and pregnancy or childbirth.

    Administrative Leave

    • 3 days per year.
    • To be used in the event of a natural disaster, governmetn closing/shutdown, inclement weather and other emergencies.

    Bereavement Leave

    • 3 days per year.
    • To be used in the event of the death of an immediate family member.

    Jury Duty

    • 3 days per year.
    • To be used for jury duty or attendance as a court witness.

  • Training & Education

    Tuition Reimbursement

    • Available to all full-time Citizant employees who have completed 90 days of employment.
    • To be used at any accredited college, university, technical school, or vocational school.
    • Reimbursement amount will depend on grade received and will not exceed an annual amount.

    Professional Development Reimbursement

    • To be used for job-related seminars, training classes, certifications or exam fees.
