Celebrating Employee Performance

The purpose of Citizant’s Rewards and Recognition Program is to celebrate employee performance in support of the company’s values, goals, and objectives. The program provides a formal means of recognizing associates for efforts—above and beyond the normal scope of their responsibilities—that lead directly to the accomplishment of the company’s stated goals while aligning with Citizant’s core values.

Awards include:

• On-the-spot Awards, Excellence Awards, and Service Awards for individuals
• Pyramid Awards for teams
• Star Award (Citizant Fellow)

The Citizant Star Award was established in 2002 to recognize and honor our technologists’ achievements and contributions. Appointment to the position of Citizant Fellow is the highest honor a technologist can attain at the company. A single individual is selected each year based on his or her technical, professional, and business contributions to the information sciences field and the company. Honorees are appointed to the CTO Technology Council and contribute to the future technical direction of the company.
