Senior Vice President
Sales & Marketing
As Sr. Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Paul Bize is responsible for driving new sales and revenue growth across the federal marketplace for the entire Citizant solutions portfolio. He reports to Citizant’s CEO, Raymond Roberts.
Prior to joining Citizant, Bize was sales leader of the Security & Intel segment of HP Enterprise Services, formerly EDS. In this role, his responsibilities included developing the go-to-market strategies for government solutions in the areas of national security and law enforcement.
Bize’s leadership skills and business acumen enabled him to serve EDS’ client base in numerous capacities. He brings to Citizant a strong ability to develop knowledge regarding federal agencies and their technology requirements and standard, and to act on that knowledge to present creative solutions to meet government needs.
During Bize’s 20-year career with EDS, he advanced steadily into senior business development, project management and team leadership roles by developing critical customer relationships with a wide variety of major government organizations, including the departments of Education, Homeland Security, Housing and Urban Development, Interior, State, and Transportation, as well as the intelligence community.
His experience included developing and implementing full sales life cycle strategies for government customers and providing successful leadership for technical teams, services support teams and general business operations. Bize also led multiple concurrent project teams in developing federal agency-wide applications.
Throughout his tenure with EDS, Bize was directly responsible for generating more than two billion dollars in new sales for the company. In recognition for these results, he was the recipient of the EDS Top Sales Performer Award for 6 years. As an EDS ambassador, he supported the company’s Information Age Marketing Center at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History for two years.
Bize attended George Mason University in Fairfax, Va., where he received a bachelor’s degree in Communications. |
