As a Group Vice President, Tim Rinaman leads Citizant’s enterprise architecture (EA) practice, one of the core areas of the company’s expertise. Rinaman oversees operations and is responsible for growing the EA practice and ensuring high-quality service delivery to Citizant’s customers. He reports to Raymond Roberts, co-founder and CEO.

Rinaman has more than 20 years of experience managing entrepreneurial information technology organizations.  His experience in the EA arena began with the information engineering methodology and computer-aided software engineering tools in the mid-1980s.  During his career, Rinaman has led teams delivering services to defense and civilian government agencies, including the Departments of Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security and Health and Human Services, and multiple commands in the Department of Defense.

Before joining Citizant, Rinaman consulted to companies in the Northern Virginia area after serving in successive roles as Sr. Vice President and CTO at Information Management Consultants, Inc. Previously, he was Vice President at easyfurnish, llc, after serving as CEO and President of PegaSys Technologies.  Prior to co-founding PegaSys, he was a Sr. Consultant and later Vice President at Information Engineering Systems Corporation.

Rinaman was commissioned into the US Marine Corps and served as a combat engineering and logistics officer in the Fleet Marine Force, then managed Officer Promotions at Headquarters Marine Corps.  He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  Currently, he is active in the local chapters of the Association for Corporate Growth and National Association for Corporate Directors..
