We apply the rigorous Citizant Process Management Methodology (CPMM)^SM to manage projects from inception to completion. A vital component of our project management approach is our monthly Project Management Reviews (PMR’s) of all work.

Through these comprehensive reviews, we are able to identify risks and unexpected problems early and resolve issues quickly and proactively. Our PMR’s also serve to give senior management visibility to all projects and ensure that customers get the resources they need to succeed.
