Director, Strategic Partnerships and Programs
Rob Reynolds establishes and manages strategic relationships with Citizant’s industry partners, including large system integrators, smaller consultancies and experts, and software/services vendors. He also serves as program manager on Citizant’s EAGLE II contract with the Dept. of Homeland Security, and researches and analyzes government spending data in support of capture and pricing efforts. Rob reports to Citizant’s CEO, Alba Alemán.
Before joining Citizant in 2013, Rob spent nearly two decades leading competitive analysis, corporate strategy, financial analysis, alliances/partnering, mergers & acquisitions, and business development in both private and public sector environments. During that time, he helped three small government contractors meet their growth goals that ultimately led to their acquisitions by larger systems integrators. He excels in the areas of market intelligence, business planning, domestic and international strategic marketing, and management.
As part of his 16 years in the government IT industry, Rob served for two years as the Senior Manager of Public Sector Market and Competitive Strategy at HP Enterprise Services. He was Director of Corporate Development at The Engle Group. He also served as Manager of Strategic Planning and Business Development at MSD Inc., and in the same role for Lockheed Martin after that company acquired MSD. Before that, he was a Sr. Market Analyst at BAE Systems after that company purchase his employer, DigitalNet. He previously held marketing and strategy roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Nortel, and Sprint.
Rob has an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Brown University. He has extensive experience living and working in Europe and Latin America. He is proficient in Spanish with knowledge of Portuguese. He and his family live in Vienna, Virginia.
