Company leverages strong past performance with federal customer to play important supporting role on winning CACI team

CHANTILLY, Va., Sept. 25, 2007 — Citizant, one of Greater Washington’s fastest-growing providers of business and technical solutions to civilian and military government organizations, is a member of CACI International Inc.‘s winning prime contract team that recently received an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract from the U.S. Transportation Command as part of a $250 million five-year award.

Citizant will work with CACI and other team members to provide business and technical solutions, including enterprise architecture, program management and information technology support, to USTRANSCOM during a period of up to five years (one base year, four option years).

USTRANSCOM is the DoD organization responsible for delivering and sustaining America’s war fighting capability anywhere in the world. It provides transportation, sustainment and distribution to the nation’s warfighters via air, land and sea, supporting their efforts in the global war on terrorism.

“Citizant’s previous work in support of USTRANSCOM earned us a reputation that contributed to a win for the CACI team,” said Alba M. Alemán, Citizant co-founder and president. “We look forward to working with CACI International and the other leading companies on this team to develop innovative solutions that will help USTRANSCOM execute its mission in the most timely and cost-effective manner.”

Citizant has previously supported USTRANSCOM as the Defense Department Distribution Process Owner on projects requiring fast and effective technology solutions. The company helped develop and deploy the Financial and Air Clearance Transportation System (FACTS), which is helping ensure that military personnel around the globe get the vital supplies they need when they need them.
