Quality audit and certification signals consistent delivery of high-quality professionals
CHANTILLY, VA, Nov. 18, 2015 — Citizant, a leading provider of IT and business transformation solutions to the U.S. government, successfully completed an audit of its talent acquisition and delivery processes and is certified under the ISO 9001:2008 international standard for Quality Management.
Citizant’s audit by BSI Management ensures federal government customers that the company consistently delivers highly qualified personnel by following a rigorous, well-defined hiring and onboarding methodology. During its next annual continuing assessment visit, Citizant will transition to the ISO 9001:2015 standard that was introduced in September.
Corporate Quality Manager, Pam Schoppert, continues to serve as a representative on the U.S. Technical Advisory Group on Quality Management (TAG 176) and participated in the review process of the recently released standard update. “Citizant’s Quality Management System was architected with a look ahead to ISO 9001:2015, to include more emphasis on risk management, customer focus, and leadership. We are leading the way in quality and process improvement, both internally and in support of our government customers’ improvement efforts.”
Citizant’s continuous focus on internal quality programs has led to high customer satisfaction ratings. As a result, customers including the IRS have engaged Citizant’s quality expertise on their own process maturity initiatives, such as internal CMMI Maturity Level 3 SCAMPI-B appraisals.
