CHANTILLY, Va., Jan. 30, 2012 — Citizant’s vice president of quality, Collette Dziemian, and senior process advisor, Pam Schoppert, will present at the Washington-area chapter of the Software Process Improvement Network (DC Spin) networking event on Feb. 1 at CACI International in Fairfax, Va.
Dziemian and Schoppert’s presentation will focus on real-world experience and knowledge in leveraging multiple models to target excellent customer satisfaction. It will provide value to all attendees by showing an approach to integrate CMMI-DEV (development) and CMMI-SVC (service) to meet the real-world needs of clients in the industry.
